Shipping Policy

Thank You for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy: 

Shipment Processing times may vary.  Allow two weeks lead time for custom made projects. Those that are in stock have a 2-3 day processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Route 44 Signs will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. but will to the US territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15 day exchange policy except when items are custom made and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping  costs . We cannot offer a refund but will give you a store credit for another item with the exception of custom made pieces. Custom made pieces will be approved  by the client prior to execution and will be a final sale item no exchanges and no refunds. We want you to be happy so we will take the time to discuss each step and work with you to design something very special and unique and One of A Kind. Damages due to shipping will be the responsibility of the shipping carrier and damages due to misuse of the product will  be your responsibility no returns and no refunds.
